Our Dream Team work hard in the background to ensure our doughnuts arrive safely to your door. If your order is due on a specific date, please allow reasonable time for your order to arrive before getting in touch.
Once you receive your confirmation email, your order is set to 'processing'. With enough notice we can make most changes to your order. If you would like to change something on your order, please give us as much notice as possible and let our customer service team know the following information in your first email;
Order number, name and the changes you would like to make (ie. change doughnut box, edit gift message, change shipping address etc.). The more information we have, the quicker we can catch your order and make the requested changes.
Please note that no amendments can be made to your order, including cancellations, 48 hours before your delivery date.
