The available delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday.

Sunday & Monday delivery is currently not available.

There will be an extra charge for Saturday delivery. This will automatically add to your cart if you select a Saturday delivery date.

Every now and then your email confirmation from us might end up in your junk/spam folder. Please have a quick look in all of your mailboxes for any emails from '' - that's us! If you still can't find it, please send us an email to '' and include your name, delivery postcode and order details and we'll see if we can locate your order for you. 
We ship to anywhere in mainland UK via our online store. Please be aware we do not ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the British Isles or the Scottish Isles.

You can track your delivery using the online DPD tracker.

Our Dream Team work hard in the background to ensure our doughnuts arrive safely to your door. If your order is due on a specific date, please allow reasonable time for your order to arrive before getting in touch.

You can get a status update for your order by searching for your DPD tracking number included in your confirmation email.

Once you receive your confirmation email, your order is set to 'processing'. With enough notice we can make most changes to your order. If you would like to change something on your order, please give us as much notice as possible and let our customer service team know the following information in your first email;

Order number, name and the changes you would like to make (ie. change doughnut box, edit gift message, change shipping address etc.). The more information we have, the quicker we can catch your order and make the requested changes. 

Please note that no amendments can be made to your order, including cancellations, 48 hours before your delivery date.

Unfortunately, as your order is processed as soon as it is placed, it is not possible.
You can choose the delivery date, however, you cannot choose the delivery window as this is dependent on our courier's scheduled route.

Each of our doughnut collections will have different delivery dates. Therefore, if you select two boxes from two different collections there may be less delivery dates available for you to choose from.

For example - 'Our Favourites' collection is available for delivery all year round but our 'Christmas' collection is only available between the 1st December and the 24th December. If you select a box from each of these collections and add to you cart, you can then only select a delivery date in which both boxes of doughnuts can be delivered to you at the same time. In this case, between the 1st and 24th December.

Our doughnuts are hand-made on the morning of dispatch to ensure they arrive to you as fresh as possible. We take pride in the packaging of our doughnuts to ensure there is as little disruption as possible on their travels.
If there is an issue with your order/delivery, firstly we are very sorry to hear this as we pride ourselves on the best possible customer experience we can offer. Please contact us via email, Instagram or Facebook messenger and a member of the Dream Team will get back to as soon as possible to help resolve your issue. Please include your name, delivery address and order details to allow us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

For maximum enjoyment, devour your doughnuts on the day of purchase or on the day you receive your delivery. You can also freeze your doughnuts to enjoy at another time, we just recommend taking off (eating) the chocolate or biscuits from the top as they don't tend to be freezer friendly!
